The Break That Teaches So, does this mean that we are finished now? I guess so. In three terrifying words that I dread hearing, everything was finished. Nine months of my life melted away from me and seemed to become meaningless as my girlfriend broke up with me, and I had no idea how I would cope with it. I had been released from relationships before by other girls, but this conviction was unlike any other. Sarah and I had a special bond. I had interpreted this relationship for granted, and the event that took place in our churchs office was one of the biggest lessons of my life. The solar day began at a very quick pace. I was working at my college in the morning, and knew that I was passage to be in a rushing in order to make it on time to my friends wedding. My girlfriend was invited to string up the wedding with me, but I doubted that she would come. We were having problems at the time, which created some awkwardness betwixt us.
